Today in Ovaniz fondant figures tutorial we are going to teach you How to make a fondant woman , Cake decorating figurines.
For this tutorial we will use:
60 gram of skin colored fondant ( you can buy ready colored or color white fondant with ivory gel food coloring).
Brown fondant , ovaniz fondant tools and gel food colors.
1. How to make a fondant woman tutorial — step 1, the head:
Take the skin colored fondant, roll it between your hands in to a head shape which looks like an egg.

In the middle of the head push in 2 indents for eyes.

Using your fingers pull out a nose in between the eye sockets. And shape the nose using fingers and the dresden tool.

With the veining tool pull out 2 nostrils.

Cut a slit for the mouth in between the nose and the chin using a precision knife.

Make an opening using the veining tool.

7. Insert a small piece of white fondant in to the mouth opening.
8. Using pink/red fondant shape lips by rolling the fondant in between your fingers in to thin lines and place them around the mouth opening.
9. Cut out 2 slits for the eyes in the eye sockets we made earlier using a precision knife.
10. Open the slits using the dresden tool.
11. Insert a small piece of white fondant in to the openings.
12. Using a number 0 brush draw 2 circles for the iris.
13. Make 2 small black dots in the middle of the iris for pupils.
14. Draw a thin line and lashes above the eyes.
15. Draw eye brows using brown food coloring.
16. Make hair using brown fondant. Roll out 2 thin ropes of fondant and twist them together. Make about 6–8 twisted fondant ropes and attach them to the head.
